Fins are tacked on. The next step is epoxying the centering rings to the motor tube, using Aeropoxy (R2032 Resin and PH3660 hardener) thickened with West Systems 404 high-density filler. I'm also epoxying in the four lengths of 11/32" OD brass tubing that may someday mate up with carbon rods from a hypothetical booster stages, and a fifth to serve as a wiring conduit for a staging timer. Note the precision alignment of the forward centering ring.
