Working on the bulkheads for the electronics bay. The bulkheads are 1/2" aircraft plywood, 6" OD, which fit the ID of the body tube. The electronics bay will
be built out of a coupler tube which will slide into the body tube. To center
the electronics bay bulkheads on the ends of the coupler, I'm epoxying
3/8" fiberclass coupler bulkheads to the backs off the plywood airframe
bulkheads, using Aeropoxy (R2032 Resin and PH3660 hardener) thickened with West Systems 404 high-density filler.
