Weird, delayed-reaction ignition. Tiny chuff followed by a long delay, so that it looked like the motor had spit the ignitor, and then it took off. Faked me out so that I missed the liftoff picture. Perfect ascent. Slight glitch on recovery. I managed to reverse the drogue and main charges so that the main popped at apogee. The drogue came out right on schedule at 700 feet. Pure operator error, but fortunately non-fatal. Flying weather was perfect with virtually no wind all weekend, so it wasn't even a long walk. But still embarrassing.

Normally I tend to be pretty slow and methodical in my prep, but this weekend I was consciously trying to speed up in order to try to get in more flights. Bad idea. Lesson learned: Don't rush the prep.
